[How to enter]
1. Submit your artworks (picture, video, cosplay, etc.) on the topic of the game “Iron Saga VS”. The submission must be in English.
2. Upload your artworks on Youtube, Steam Artworks/ Videos, and use the hashtag #IronSagaVS.
3. Fill out the Fanart Contest Collection Form to be eligible for the event.

We will review the submitted artworks for eligibility.

You must include #IronSagaVS in the description of your artwork when you submit them.
[General Rules]
1. Your artworks must be based on the current, ongoing version of the title.
2. Must include #IronSaga in the description of your video or in your post.
3. Entrant represents and warrants to GameDuchy that his/her entry is, where applicable, (i) completely the original work of the Entrant and/or was written, created or filmed solely by the Entrant, (ii) not copied from any other source or previously broadcast or otherwise distributed or disseminated in any media or format, and (iii) not in violation of or conflict with the trademark, copyright, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or any other rights, of any kind or nature, of any other person or entity.
4. For video artworks, the length cannot be shorter than 1 minute. It is accepted that the content be voice dubbed or text only.
5. This event is not retroactive. Please make the artwork during the event timeframe and submit before the submission period ends. Artworks overdue or unregistered are deemed ineligible for the event.
6. Do not reverse-engineer the game and obtain assets from the game through the method. It is illegal and not permitted. You can use public content released by the official accounts or in-game screenshots.
[Terms and Conditions]
1. Make sure the artworks you submitted is your original work. If it’s a collaborated work, only the main contributor (One Individual) can receive the rewards.
2. By participating the event, the entrant grants the official account of Iron Saga VS to display, repost, promote the artwork for non-commercial use. However, the creator of the artwork remains the authorship of their own artworks. The official account may repost the artworks before the event ends but please note that it does not serve to be the endorsement of guaranteed prizes.
3. You can submit multiple artworks for the event, but for each person they can only be rewarded once (entrance rewards + first prize/ entrance rewards + second prize; first prize and second prize cannot overlap).
4. If you are announced to be the winners of the event, please provide the necessary information for the official to ship the rewards to you. Overdue or wrong information will result in disqualification.
5. The production and shipping of the rewards may delay the overall delivery time. Please stay tuned and subject to the latest announcement. You can not alter or modify the information once it’s provided to the official. If the rewards are sent to a wrong address due to incorrect information, the official will not refund.
6. AI creation is not allowed in this event. Once found, they will be deemed ineligible.
7. Choose the correct event for submission. The same piece of work cannot apply for Fanart Contest and Beginner Guide Contest at the same time.
8. Once the shipping fee is too high for the official to afford (say the shipping cost is higher than x10 of the prize values), the official reserves the rights to turn it into money and send it to the receiver via global payment method (bank transfer, paypal, etc.)
9. Please use English in artowrks and do not submit them in the Japanese or Chinese fanart contest.
10. If you find your artwork is stolen or other copyright infringement behaviors/ suspicion is found, please let us know via email at ironsagavs@gameduchy.com
